There is - and there will always be - traffic jam in The Netherlands.
Any attempt to solve this problem by navigation systems, 'filestrokes' and ‘rekeningrijden’ is doomed to fail.
As in the future we will only spend more time in ‘file’, we rather start enjoying ourselfs and finally uncover the contradicting beauty of being in traffic jam.
